d) you request a return within the allowed period and the goods remain in a condition suitable for resale.

3. Return Conditions

Returned items must:

a) be unused, unworn, and in their original condition;

b) include original packaging, tags, accessories, gifts, and accompanying materials where applicable;

c) not show signs of use or damage caused after delivery.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

a) personalised or custom-made items;

b) products that have been used;

c) items whose packaging is missing or seriously damaged where this affects resale;

d) goods otherwise unsuitable for return due to their nature, where this was clearly identified at purchase;

e) items not in a condition suitable for resale.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to personal reasons, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

If the return is due to a product quality issue, incorrect shipment, or transit damage, reasonable return shipping costs will be borne by us.

6. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed within a reasonable time. Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise required by law.
